DIY matchbox pinhole camera
Today I decided to make a matchbox pinhole camera. Not so complicated, I used only an empty matchbox, a lot of black tape, empty film canister and an aluminum square I cut from a beer can with a pinhole. And that’s my pinhole camera.
The process

I cut the square from the box to make a square frame, also in future if my matchbox pinhole camera will work I’ll cut some other different frames with different shapes.
This little green arrow is my frame counter, it takes 7 clicks to go to the next frame. I made it out of a plastic bottle and taped it on the bottom side above the film holes so when you rotate the film it will make the clicking sound when each film dot will pass through it.
The pinhole itself.
Taped the film to the empty spool.
The camera is almost ready. Now it’s time to push in the frame (unfortunately I didn’t film that) and cover all holes with tape.
And the finale step is the shutter, I made it also from the tape.
So the camera is ready to use. I loaded the Fujicolor C200 24 exp film, I hope I’ll get some photos instead of a blank film.
